Sold some software on eBay

I'm looking into whether there's a body I can complain to about this company. They are an architect firm in London.0

The buyer has just closed the case and opened a Not as Described case instead, saying
Now what?
Give him the address and let him return it, and refund his money (or speak to paypal about getting it returned). As for return postage, expenses and his fee's he can swivel (You were getting a neg as soon as you sold to this guy), what an arrogant ahole.0 -
I've just spoken to Adobe and they have advised me that I can report the serial number as stolen and get it blocked and a new one issued - something I wouldn't be able to do if I transferred ownership to the buyer for him to then continue with the claim so I think the best action would be to refund the buyer.0

Also just a thought, I can't get a negative feedback from him since the item was removed by ebay....Every cloud and all that.0

Dont worry, he's been blocked

Personally I would be escalating this case now. It stops further threats and lets paypal tell him to return it.
The only problem would be with him sending back something which isn't that which you sent.0 -

Even if he were to do that (which is quite possible, I agree), I have record of the serial number so can still get it blocked so he won't gain anything.
Also, if that were to happen, I would report him to the police. It wouldn't be a clever move considering I have his company address and other details, have found him on LinkedIn so have details on there and I would also be very tempted to think up a website to warn people off this scum bag.
It's interesting how he said he would be posting it this morning but I've not heard anything from him since I told him Adobe will block the serial number.0 -
Any update to this?
Every time I list something on ebay, I fear encountering a buyer like this.
Thankfully i've had nearly all positive experiences, bar RM "losing" 3 handbags to 3 separate addresses :mad:0
