I'm a strong enough believer for both of us B&T :) The power of positive thinking and trust in the universe has brought me through a hell of a lot :D

Big hugs. It need not be a secret. It has happened to loads of people. So please feel better about yourselves.

Yeah...I know three people who have gone bankrupt in the last two years, two of them through no fault of their own, and I have another mate who will almost certainly loose her house, and have to declare bankcrupcy within six months!!! These are tough times, and I think you should give yourself a pat on the back for dealing with it, and getting on with life. Seriously. Big PAT!!!

You have done your post-BR clean-ups?

By now I would expect some LLs to consider you if you can show that you have been paying rent regularly for this long.

I have RAS, thank you. It is all as healthy as it can possibly be now.

Byatt, I sent a pic to MrsL of my Dawg. I'll post one on here to bore you all.

I don't know anyone who has gone through the mire financially but I will say that I'm actually grateful to what went wrong, even though it has left me a bag of nerves, because I'm much stronger, much more defiant in terms of other peoples expectations and switched on about what is going on around me.

Mar, lovely idea, havent been on the candle site for a while so lit one tonight.

Fuddle, you are a strong intelligent competent woman, you have got through and are fighting the good fight. Many of us here are lucky we didnt go down the bankruptcy road but we know how scary it must be. You keep doing what you do and get the house tucked up ready for winter - you will get there hunny :)

Kidcat, you seem to have put your foot down at the right time, and I just wish you peace and some respite from the stress x

Been to see Mum and she has perked up no end. Came home feeling much better so I can go back to concentrating on OH, he is a bit wobbly at the mo, think he may have a bug or its symptoms of the cancer so going to ring his nurse tomorrow and have a chat.
