:D LMAO, that's a mind-blowing visual, Mar! I've a later start today so am still in my jammies. With cartoon animals and the top and bottom belonging to different pairs. Am sooooo glad we don't have vid-forums. I have combed my hair so am no longer looking like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards, unlike first thing this morning................ :p

I have been reading the "dead" books by Charlaine Harris for years as well, long before tv caught up and changed things. Also Janet Evanovich. J D Robb etc. DDs get a bit disconcerted when they mention someone or a series and say I have been reading or watching from the beginning. I introduced them to Dexter (read the books then saw the series), Criminal Minds and NCIS.

Glad to hear dh is right about the shed but may not tell him in quite those words;)

We are going to order the potting shed later today as it is being made to measure by the place that has a display of them along with summerhouses. playhouses etc. Have suggested dh talks to the owner again and discusses plans and layout again so he gets exactly what he wants.

Made me and dh brekkie of boiled egg and toast and he is supposed to be telling me when he wants to set off so might see if he got sidetracked in the garden.

Need to venture into garage freezer to take out portions of home made lasagne and paella to defrost for tonight in case we get delayed.

I'm still wearing blue flannel pjs decorated with candy canes and gingerbread men. I was going to go and have a bath but I discovered a crack in the sodding thing while cleaning it.

DH has looked at it, googled how to fix it and is now sorting out DS1's child benefit claim instead. I swear I have no idea how that man's brain works at all.
It looks like a trip around my friend's house to use her shower is in order, which means getting changed out of my pjs to walk around there.

I'm not a happy SDG at the moment.

I wish we had video. If you could only see me.. wearing a purple sparkly scarf knotted under my chin, tucked into a purple & green handknitted-and-stretched-lol gilet, fastened at the front by a giant crocodile clip. Sticking wee paper flowers and butterflies onto pink shimmery vanilla scented soap.
    Happy.
    But demented. :D

I'm loving this mardatha - can't wait till I get my spirit back :rotfl: at demented

:) So pleased I give those milk bags a whirl - Shopping arrived and I have a whole months worth of milk in the freezer. I'll have to work out the cost as I'm sure it's cost more than Aldi but less than Coop. Aldi is no longer a choice when the car is sold so if it's less than Coop, that'll do me!

:D No heating today :T it's glorious out but still a bit chilly. That sun and no wind makes all the difference though. Sheets are out on the line :D

I've so many chores to do today I feel like a woman demented too - just wish it was the sparkly butterfly kind ;)

Where's Byatt? She doesn't seem to have posted since the Dr started her on the antibiotics. Hope she's OK.

    I'm here :j

I've adapted well to the new meds and restrictive diet and am feeling much better, but just haven't felt very social or able to offer much helpful so haven't posted. But I have been keeping an eye on the antics!

I've lost a stone which wasn't entirely deliberate and even though it's only a stone I seem to have lost plenty of inches. I'm still baking, but just can't eat it.

I travel to England in a couple of weeks to visit the folks, so brace yourselves, I'm coming.
