OOh Greenbee that sounds horrible. I think you need to gargle with some vino - maybe that would help :rotfl:Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0

She is not going to loose them and because she is no longer working it will go up some this year and more next year as there will be no maternity pay then.
The person she spoke to did not seem bothered about what the letter said so she went on a little rant. She did say she did not blame him but that letter nearly made her just let the payments stop and not question it. It was only coming on here that she found out it was wrong.
I had a letter also quoting the £26k bit but we are close to that amount and in the letter I read the "keep the claim alive" bit and rang to keep our claim open incase anything changes.
Then a couple of days later I saw the bit on here, so was pleased I had.My self & hubby; 2 sons (30 & 26). Hubby also a found daughter (37).
Eldest son has his own house with partner & her 2 children (11 & 10)
Youngest son & fiancé now have own house.
So we’re empty nesters.
Daughter married with 3 boys (12, 9 & 5).

Those of you who have made frozen yogurt... can I just freeze yogurt? I have a natural fat free one that I've bought (slightly sweetened), and others that appear to just be yogurt and juice. But as all I really want to eat is frozen yogurt I was thinking that even buy yogurt and freezing it myself would be cheaper... making it would obviously be better, but I have to fix the building site first!0

I haven't made frozen yoghurt - the dessert - deliberately. But I have frozen yoghurt - low-fat-on-incredible-whoopsie-offer stuff. It kept all of its flavour but went rather grainy. I let it sit defrosted in the fridge and it turned into thick but grainy yoghurt and whey. Pup happily slurped the whey and I mixed the yoghurt with fruit and ate that. I've found that generally stuff with fat in it freezes well and non/low fat stuff doesn't. Probably something to do with the formation of ice crystals etc. Perhaps low fat commercial frozen yoghurt has a stabiliser in it like cornflour to keep it smooth?"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass...it's about learning how to dance in the rain." ~ Vivian Greene0
