Just one more deposit of my car insurance from this year to be paid at the end of May :) I figure I'll put the extra £50 I'll save from paying the car insuarnce up in installments towards my car loan so that'll mean I'm paying £250 per month on my car loan instead of £100 as before.

Good news... there was some mix up with my pension documentation last year when I was sorting it out. Upshot is that I can get my money back if I want to withdraw from the policy. Am going to just cancel the agreement (apparently no fee will be charged) and just take my money out of the fund and put it towards my car loan. I talked it over with my mum tonight. I am determined I'm going to start a pension though as soon as I get debt free though. I promised her that'll be one of my main priorities.

Wonder how long it'll take for my pension money to come through!! I only sent off for it last Wed. Maybe give it a week before I chase it up. I would imagine that they'll take ages to give it back to me. It'll make a huge difference to my car loan though. Fingers crossed that it comes soon!!!

Not spent too much this weekend. Roughly about £30 which is in budget. Next weekend will be a bit of a nightmare as am driving to Oxford to see my sister so will have to buy petrol, account for eating out etc. Hopefully not going to be too expensive!!

I really don't know whats wrong with me this weekend. Had got really upset. Not sure if I'm overreacting. Its a family situation. I can't talk to my friends and my boyfriend is biased as he thinks my family do everything to get at him. Will tell you what happened...

My only sister (younger) who has always been my dad's favourite has come home this weekend. I love her to bits but our family has always been very competitive about everything academic. My parents told me several times when I was younger that I was less bright than my sister and its always affected me. I had to go to counciling when I was at uni and it contributed to my depression which I think affected my spending habits.

Thats the background but moneysaving wise my parents have given my sister and I 10k each for our flats. She is moving in with her boyfriend and they are putting disproportionate amounts into their flat. I bought my flat on my own and they have told me that I need to give my 10k back when I sell my flat plus 10% of the profits cause my boyfriend might me moving in later. His name isn't and won't be on the title deeds as we would buy another house if we got married They know I'm in debt, they know how hard I've worked this year but they are still asking me for the money back and have given my sister and her boyfriend the money without any ties.

I spoke to my mum about it and she says I have to speak to my dad about it. My dad is really intimidating and says horrible things to me when I ask him about anything like this. It totally ruins my confidence when he does this but this situation is eating away at me and I'm getting my usual feelings back of jealously and anxiety. My boyfriend says I must ask them. Its been eating up inside me all weekend and I've been teary and depressed. I really don't know what to do. Am I going mad?

I feel a wee bit better today than I have done last week which is so weird cause last week I was on holiday and this week I'm back at work... whats that about  Never mind amn't complaining. Brought my lunch in today and have actually stuck to my diet and not bought anything which I'm pleased about.

Am going to ebay some more stuff this week and have found some jewellery to sell so am going to try to do that this week. Have a lot of expensive stuff coming up soon.. car insurance (July £400), car service (v soon £70), AA/RAC membership (maybe greenflag- don't have enough tesco points for RAC yet maybe nxt yr)... am sure there's something else but I can't think.

Am going to play netball tonight with some friends... who think I'm coining it in with my current job... little do they know :(

Not much been goin on this week. Have paid my electricity bill which was £5.99. Think its mostly admin costs as am't living in the flat at the moment.

Work has been horrible at the moment. My boyfriend wants us to go out tom night for our anniversary but I have no money. Can't bear to have him pay AGAIN so suggested a walk or the cinema (free with cineworld card) so fingers crossed.

Didn't spend too much this weekend. About £10 on socialising so am keeping to budget. Just went to the cinema for our anniversary. Got food from farmfoods to take with me. Its such a lovely day here today. It puts you in a better mood even if you do have to work :)

Had a blazing row with my dad tonight, cancelled my night out with my boyfriend cause I was too upset but on the positive side I have put a few things on ebay to take my mind off of things.

Haven't spent very much this week. Hoping for a NSD tomorrow.
