    as pointed out by a few people, they won't let people unsubscribe. they send an email back saying they can't delete their details.... smartypants

    There's an unsubscribe link near the bottom of the email.

    That stops emails ( hopefully ) but it doesn't get peoples info off of the system.

    ok to ressurect this. my friend had her conformation, for laptop and software, never had a cancel email and this morning the software turned up!! should she go for it and demand the rest of the package as ordered as they have partially filled the order?

    Snap; they've changed the order so that the code of the original laptop now refers just to the software.

    I rang up and the woman was most unhelpful, so its being returned as not what I ordered.
    I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
