BB - so sorry to hear about mum's pooch, sending hugs xx
Lou - check the setting of status, when you write a status I think there's an arrow underneath which gives you option of who can view status, maybe it's set to no-one?0 -

Hi everyone,
I was in Aldi yesterday BB and Lou and they had 10+ manuka honey for a very reasonable price. I think it was £3.99 for a jar, hope that helps.
I didn't get on yesterday, DH was working from home - why does that mean that I get very little done? I made another loaf of bread. I feel a bit guilty because DH bought me a kitchenaid last Christmas because I find my hands can't cope with kneading, but now I've discovered Dan Lepard's method of minimal kneading I'm not using the machine. I still love it though and use it for all sorts of other things.
I put my Christmas pudding fruits in to steep yesterday. It's the first time I've made one and only the second time in 32 years of marrieage that we'll be at home for Christmas (the last time was 25 years ago). I'm really looking forward to it. DD is going to Mexico on the 27th and DS has to go back to work on Boxing Day so there won't be timme for our usual visit to rellies in the northh. DH and I will go up after dropping DD at the airport.
I need to go and get on, the house needs tidying and DS might be coming up so that we can go to the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge to see the Vermeer exhibition.0 -
Lou, Bitsy, DG I have tried to comment on Lou's blog... each time I do it tries to make me my own blog page and doesn't publish my comments... what am I doing wrong???We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I had problems posting on certain Blogs where the comments page is not a separate pop up window. For some reason this is not a problem for me on Lous blog. do you have a google account?
