what're your reasons for not being on the organ donor registry?

Whats happeining? There is no need for the fury which is taking place. OP asked a question, everything was fine then all hell broke loose !

Not really.. Peoples views are their own and if people dont want to donate for whatever reason it is their choice and you should respect peoples wishes one way or another.

by calling them silly is not being respectful whatsoever.

As others have said my liver is probably ruined by now and I cant see properly and my heart is bound to be clogged up with tab residue or something so mine will be worthless but yet im still on the register but only because i like the thought of helping someone.

I'm not on the register, but my familly know that I would want my organs to be donated as being in one piece for the funeral isn't a major thing for me as I'm not an ancient Egyptian, who needs to take all his physical body parts to the afterlife and my familly tends to go for cremation rather than being buried.

And I just love the irony that the posters who are perfectly happy to let someone who desperately needs an organ die have the cheek to call someone nasty for pointing that out to them.
