Hello. Has anyone experience any problems with their payments this month?
My monthly bonus was approved 4th February. Still not in bank. A cash back payment of £6 approved 6th February not in bank but a cashback payment for about £7 approved 13th February has gone in today.
I have sent them an email but this has never happened before.0 -
Not sure when this month's bonus was approved but that was at the start of this week I think, not been paid as of yet.
The most recent cashback of £11.29 says 'Payment Sent Date 20/02/2019' but not showing in my account as of yet either.
That all said, my last payment of 6 quid for something I ordered on 17/01/19 showing as reaching the bank on 06/02/19 although it says 'Payment Sent Date 30/01/2019' on CS so I can't say I am unduly worried.
I bought my monthly 100 quid's worth of gift cards from them the other day and that envelope arrived this morning too so everything running the same as usual I would say
Update Edit: My monthly bonus for February and that 11 odd quid cashback finally got weighed on first thing today so it has taken longer than usual but it's in there now so I'm happy as always. When in doubt shout louder!0 -
Hey,
Can you please advise how you managed to get your money back and cancel the membership?
I have only just realised that I've been getting charged for the past 3 months and I am going through different forums to seek help of how to get out of this mess
The problem is however I did not sign up for anything with them! I do shop online all the time but this has never happened, until this year. I have emailed them twice, messages directly through their website advising I wish to cancel, I provided them with my name and details and finally got a response.. Unfortunately it is not the response I was hoping for, I was told that the details I've given are not registered on their system and to provide an address and alternative email address.. I only have 1 email address that I've had for over 10 years, I was sceptical with regards to providing the address but I did do it just in case this was a "key" information.
If my email address was active in their database and the account ever created I would be able to log into my account but the message I'm getting is that the account with that email doesn't exist.
I have no idea what to do, I am waiting for another email from complete savings and hope this will be resolved but I don't know what to do in the meantime.
If you could please shed light on how to get this sorted i would be forever grateful.

If they reckon they don't have any record of you I can't say I'm totally convinced you're actually signed up to Complete Savings. I say this because there's at least one other similar scheme out there that you're encouraged to sign up to to receive some cashback after making purchases. I genuinely can't remember what it's called but even in the last week or so it popped up again after I bought something or other.
As for waiting for emails from Complete Savings, please forgive my rather sarcastic tone here but once upon a time before the Internet there was this device called a telephone that people used to use to make direct contact with companies and even with other people on  absolutely crazy huh?
So anyway you could always try using one of those medieval instruments to speak to Complete Savings by dialling/pushing the digits 0800 389 6960 :TWhen in doubt shout louder!0 -
I am currently out of the country therefore phoning is not an option, I didn't want to leave it until my return so decided to email/message.
I am unsure as to why I would have been charged by Complete Savings if my name wasn't on their data base.
I am so confused0 -

Erm you can use Skype, and even better I have got a feeling that 0800 numbers are also actually free on there too nowadays.
So just out of curiosity could you tell me the exact name of the recipient and what amount you're paying to them on your bank/credit card statement? When in doubt shout louder!0 -
Hi,
The name on the bank statement states wly*completesave.co.uk and the amount is £15.0 -
Hi,

Well £15 is the monthly membership fee okay and that seems close enough although character for character on my statement it says:
WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK 08003896960 CHE
and I use my JL Mastercard to pay that monthly membership to garner every point I can whilst when they pay me my monthly refund of £15 or member bonus as they call and any cashback I'm due on the statement it says character for character
WEBLOYALTY INTERNA
which is paid in to my M&S Bank current account.
I am sorry to be so cynical but I'm still not convinced because I can say 100% you can't just be a member without actually signing up to it. Yeah perhaps it's a bit sly how they dangle the cashback carrot in front of people to sign up but if people's greed/prudence/call it what you will is tempted by it it's down to to them to read the T&C's and service their membership correctly to utilise the significant savings available to the max.
I see loads of people proper slate out Complete Savings yet having been a member for well over a year I got nothing but good things to say about it. I even got the missus to sign up well 'get invited to join' by making a purchase from a specific retailer for us to be able to acquire a couple of 100 quid gift cards for 80 quid a piece per member each calendar month :money:
I can assure you that doing your weekly treat shop of M&S food at 20% off is a right result and actually better discount than we get from our work!
Which leads me on nicely to what my job is, just in case anyone in here thinks I have an agenda seeing I am so vocal in defending this cashback scheme, both my missus and me work for JL Waitrose. Although JL is not a participating retailer in the Complete Savings scheme Waitrose is oddly enough? That said we've never made a any kind of transaction through the site because we obviously get our Waitrose shopping from the branch we work in with our Partner discount which is 15% and would most likely void any entitlement to cashback anyway.
Off my soapbox now, sorry :rotfl:When in doubt shout louder!0 -
I joined (sort of by accident) Complete Savings in February of this year, but to try to recover from my mistake I've since then sent them several Trainline receipts. However, I've heard nothing from them and received no cashback. I see that others have managed to get monthly subscriptions refunded: is it simply a matter of telling them I didn't mean to join in the first place? Many thanks.
Edited to add:
I just looked at the Complete Savings site, having decided to cancel my membership. The acknowledgement message says something like, "If you have any rewards unpaid, you will receive them soon". We'll see...

Hi. You need to have input your bank details into the portal for them to pay you. May be best to telephone them.0
