I have just rung Paypal, the guy said that it should be ok this time tomorrow, they customer service advisors havnt been told when problem will be resolved. He also said that it will be difficult when system is working again as everyone will be trying to print the labels out and its going to be slow even if you do manage to get on !!!

Smartstamp still not working for me either. I'm another one who has had the local post office grump at them for taking in so many parcels due to staff issues, so Smartstamp is my only option.0
