    Got a reply from Kayako, apparently everything is fine at their end so it's us. We need to either A reset IE to default, B reset the toolbar, C restart computer or D reinstall the toolbar

    Just to say I'm having the same problems.

    Not sure I want to have to complete nearly 3 hours more work at 18:00 on a Friday...

    I sometimes feel like I have no life when these technical issues happen because of the need to make up time...

    I went through the suggestions by Kayako, but still getting blanks - so I'm giving up for today, seeing as they can't replicate the error at their end.

    Same here. Well, I tried C and D - not entirely sure what is meant by A and B! :o

    I don't see how they think it isn't a problem on their end.

    Yes, if only one person was getting the problem, but we've all had the problem...

    I had to file an absence as they don't seem to be acknowledging that the problem is wide-spread. :(
