Yeah the issue has returned for me too. Annoying as I want to complete 4 hours today... This means extra waiting around.

Just had one query appear, but then straight back to blank again!

On another subject, is anyone else having password problems when trying to log in recently?! Cos every time I type it in it tells me it's incorrect, then when I type it again a second time it works as normal. Just can't work out whether I'm typing too fast, or if it's a problem at their end. :undecided

I have experienced that too, MallRat. I wish they'd make some improvements to the toolbar :-( The ability to go up to the hitapp screen without logging out would also be nice, meaning less time wasted logging out for a pee break... etc

Thanks for that.

It's actually worked fine the last 3 or so times since I made a conscious effort to slow down and type the password correctly, so am really not sure what's going on. (Have logged in a LOT of times over the last hour! )

Anyway, queries are still blank, along with a whole host of weird error messages now.. Think I'll mark myself as absent for today, just in case they fail to reduce hours. Cos in my experience, they're slightly less likely to when the US market isn't affected..
