    on the IE11 subject.
i have widows 8.1 and can only run 11. it does work, just probably different to the way your used to. As it's all ive ever used it seems normal to me.

OK, well have just logged into my email for the first time in a couple of days to find they got back me.. Seems the only way we're able to work with IE 11 is to constantly keep opening multiple tabs, which would drive me crazy as I only ever work with one. To be fair, the post I read on the other forum was made a couple of weeks ago, so things could've changed in that time. Thanks for letting us know that it IS possible to work with IE 11 though. :)

yep multiple tabs and keep switching between them till you find right one!!
  • Thanks for all the comments about this problem. I just logged in to do some practice before taking my specific project test this evening and I'm having the same problem. Looks like I need to get this sorted out before then...
  • hi
open a basic bank account and that way you can give your details over to the company.
  • Anyone else just passed the question bank and doing the 20hr final test this week?

Almost as if this is some rookie crap we're dealing with. Can't bother to drop a "hey do not update IE explorer". Can't bother to tell us in real time when the servers are down or when they get back up?

There's a twitter, and there's a facebook. Start using them properly. Amateur to be completely honest.

Not to mention our safety is compromised by not having the latest IE working...

Agree FATFREE that communication is lacking in many areas. It wouldn't be hard for them to provide server status updates, or to have informed us about Internet Explorer, instead, they allow us to waste our time.

Seriously close to pulling my hair out today - 2 sets of 30 have frozen right at the end and I keep getting error messages. Seriously annoying.

    Urgh, what a nightmare!!

Experienced the same freezing thing 3 times, which for some reason resulted in the main tab turning orange. Also had one additional crash in the middle of a set, I think.. And that's without even mentioning the constant error messages popping up every 10 seconds or so for THE ENTIRE DAY.

All in all it looks like I've only managed 3 and a quarter hours of actual work so far, but REALLY don't think I can be bothered to do any more now... :(

OK. At nearly 10pm, have FINALLY completed 4 hours (I think). Only having one tab open seemed to curb the freezing/orange tab madness. Seemed like the error pop-up was somehow becoming trapped somewhere?! Annoying, but things MAY be back to normal by tomorrow.. Hopefully.. :)

Gutted.com!!! After being overjoyed at passing the extremely stressful 50 question bank and thinking I've made it, I was then told they have introduced further testing! A 20hour timed test where you must rate a curtain amount per hour!!
FAilED!!! No second chance contract terminated!!! So never made it to production!
There were 30 of us in the welcome meeting 3 weeks ago I think only 10 of us passed the question bank. I wonder how many made it past the 20 hour test! At least they are paying me for a weeks training! (Note you only get that if you pass the question bank)
Oh well suppose I better have a look at this crowd sourcing gig then!
On a side note: I got more right than wrong on test!
