I'm in a similar position Boycieboy. I've just passed the qualification test (on the second attempt) and have now just completed the specific project test. It's easy to tell that I have almost certainly failed but think we get a second chance on this one too. I just don't seem to be 'getting' this different way of thinking - maybe I'm OVER thinking it too much0

There will be days when the job tests your perseverance to the limit, and the frequent quality checks can be disheartening and add a fair amount of pressure, however, the flexibility is not to be discounted, and as Catwoman says, it's far better than the alternatives.
Cassiopeia01 - I still struggle with the thinking, and there are numrous times when I disagree with the official rating. That said, you do get a feel for things as time goes on. Best of luck0 -

On a slightly annoying note, I see there seems to be a trend of the $ falling against the £. I wish payment was in GBP.0

I've completed 3hrs and 40 minutes of work so far, all completed before 2pm
However......... No time at all is showing in UHRS.
