So, with it having been suggested that shabba's motives may not have been as sold they now pose the same question, effectively, on Pepipoo? And they were endeavouring to suggest that they were straight? Sadly, I think not.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Actually I was thinking of Tricky not shabba as the troll....lots and lots of scaremongering nonsense about RK liability in numerous threads but always manages to finish off the post telling us how bad PPCs are ...sorry but I think this former CEO who admits to still working in the parking sector is trying a bit too hard...0 -
What's the collective noun for private parking companies?
A scam?
I know PPC trolls are thick as planks, but these latest outbreaks are spectacularly so.0 -
Thanks for all the replies, despite the accusations of me being some troll. Although these ppc's are laughable it is scary what could happen with their new founded power. But since most of the forum members are saying they still cant do anything to us i shall stop pestering lol. I just wanted a response from the majority rather then the minority.0

No it isn't, and nothing you (or Tricky) have said goes in any way to make it so. They have no "power" now, and they'll have just as little if and when this shabby clause gets through.
Unless you have some stunning piece of evidence otherwise ...0 -

I'll take your advice rather than those PPC plants who register purely to unsettle people. You can spot them a mile off.[/QUOTE]
Yep,you said it!
:rotfl:
Strange how you we having a conversation with yourself earlier to keep this thread bumped pointlessly.

Nope dont have any evidence, hence why im here bothering you guys to collect my own evidence so im not misled haha. By the way iv never said the clause would do such and such, im just simply asking questions about it because iv never even heard of this bill, and now im starting to wish i never did.0 -
trisontana wrote: »I ask again - why your obsession with "RK liability" when we have told you time after time that it won't affect anything.
Because I frankly don't see how it "won't affect anything". The government WANT this to happen.
If the RK is liable and this goes to court, what is a judge really going to say? - They're cancelling the ticket on what grounds? - Seriously please tell me, maybe I'm missing something but from my POV the prats in parliament have stitched us up.The_Slithy_Tove wrote: »You are a PPC troll, and I claim my £5 (actually, why don't I send you an invoice for it, made out to look like a scary parking ticket?)
Really? - So how come I'm not on the payroll of any PPC currently? - I'm out of work pal. I walked from the last one as I'd had enough of their antics. The world of parking enforcement isn't a very nice one and thats why I got out. Doesn't make life easy to get a job anywhere else though.0 -

What are you on about? Why on earth would a judge say they are 'cancelling a ticket?'. It's not even a ticket !!!!!!!
A judge will look to see if the cause of action, in bringing any Small Claim, is lawful and justified. So in the case of a fake PCN there will be no mention of 'cancelling a ticket'.
The judge would want to establish whether a fair, clear, read and understood contract existed which would allow PPCScammerUK to claim the money they are seeking, and whether it is lawful that they claim it from the person they have named.
Same as now. The answer is almost always, NO. No contract, no reason to rule in favour of PPCScammerUK.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
