btw up until end of march some things will be shut, and i been doin a bit of searching but getting confused easily seems better to wait for a deal on the main site as you only et one day in the park however many nights you book unlike if you do it yourself as soon as you check in you can use both parks.
You can book the offer using another address and get another day at disney for £9.50.
We were going in March anyway and so far the sun deal is saving us a lot of money compared to the main site deals...and I've been keeping an eye on them for months. It's not £9.50 cheap but it's cheaper than what we were going to be paying so it is definitely worth it for some people.0 -

Or use multiple addresses and save even more - basically a day for every other address you can use. This morning we finally got round to booking 3 consecutive days with the Sun offer ... 3 days in Feb half term for £30ish x 3
Just got to book the hotel now and we're all done - £250 for 2 nights and 3 days in DLP for 2 adults and 2 kids .... you'll be waiting a very long for the official site to match that deal :T0 -

Trying to get my heads around this and my major problem is that I have 3 kids.... however 2 of them (twins are aged just 2).
We would be looking to go in March and the website doesn't allow me to book online with 5 of us so gave them a quick call.
Got quoted just under £400 for 3 nights at Davy Crockett in March (apparantley only one that allows more than 4)
I thought that as we were staying over, extra park tickets would be included but when asked was told extra park tickets (i.e. day 2) would be another £94 (£42 adult, £10 child) so now talking £490.
If I am correct by what I am reading here, can I book another trip at my mothers address just for the park tickets (day trip) @ £9.50 + Booking Fee? and does this need to be done by phone as well (due to 5 of us) OR as infants are FREE anyway could I just do one booking online and the hotel booking via phone?
Any other suggestions would be most welcome.
Thanks

ps - Just got a quote from direct site for £386 for the Santa Fe. Obviously travel on top but with £70 P&O it's not much difference and I get 3 days worth of tickets plus breakfast. Anyone know if the Sun one includes Breakfast as well?
you don't need to include your infants at all on the Sun booking - they don't need a park ticket until they are 3 years old. You can ask for a cot when you arrive at the hotel, and as there are 5 of you, and at least one of them is an infant, you will all fit in any of the standard rooms at any of the onsite hotels.
You do get breakfast included at all the onsite hotels, regardless of who you have booked with.0 -

And just seen that, until the end of the week, Quidco are doing 10% cashback on all Expedia hotel bookings so that's only £235 in total0 -
My OH has just had an interesting phone call from the offer people (as they couldn't get in touch with me) about our booking.
She was told that if you don't go out on the ferry then voucher for entry to the park is cancelled and that this was clearly stated in the T&C's even though (a) I can't find it anywhere here and (b) the woman, on the phone, pointing out it's perfectly OK to book 2 consecutive days via 2 different addresses (I had also had this confirmed when I asked about it over the phone at the beginning of the week).
So does anyone else smell something ? And given that, on the basis that what we're doing is perfectly allowed (or was a few days ago), the hotel and travel bookings have already been bought and paid for ... what do people suggest we do ?0 -

I'm pretty sure the woman who phoned you must have been mistaken or something as on the sun online booking website it actually gives you the option from the drop down to 'arrange your own travel' Surely they can't give you this option then not give you the tickets as you'd essentially be paying them to give you a whole load of nothingMarch £5 a day challenge - £48.56/£1550 -
Panic over - my OH got her wires crossed as Consort Travel have now spoken to me.
They were just informing me that, since we are not coming back on the same day (which as they knew as she even mentioned the other days we have booked), then Consort would not be able to book our return crossing for us and we'd have to do that ourselves.
I took the opportunity to confirm that (a) not showing up for the ferry does not cancel the park voucher and (b) there is nothing wrong with getting 1 day entry's to the park per household (even though the T&Cs mention about booking original days in the park at extra cost of about £50 per adult, etc)0 -

The official site does often have such good deals, I just booked for Jan, 3 nights, B&B inc park tickets for 4 people, for 4 days grand total £286!
Not trying to say the Sun offer isn't good, but the official site does also have some good deals if your flexible on dates.0
