As well as that ... the lead traveller on the booking has to be present with their passport when entering the park.
I could have sworn, last year, that it was a hopper ticket (ie entrance to both parks throughout the day) but that PDF says it is actually a "1 day 1 park" ticket. We didn't actually test it last year (just stayed in the main park all day). But good job I checked for this year.
We are just about to book the Sun deal. About £250 for 2 nights and 3 days @ DLP inc travel during February half term for 2 adults and 2 kids :T0 -

Hi guys
Trying to get my heads around this and my major problem is that I have 3 kids.... however 2 of them (twins are aged just 2).
We would be looking to go in March and the website doesn't allow me to book online with 5 of us so gave them a quick call.
Got quoted just under £400 for 3 nights at Davy Crockett in March (apparantley only one that allows more than 4)
I thought that as we were staying over, extra park tickets would be included but when asked was told extra park tickets (i.e. day 2) would be another £94 (£42 adult, £10 child) so now talking £490.
If I am correct by what I am reading here, can I book another trip at my mothers address just for the park tickets (day trip) @ £9.50 + Booking Fee? and does this need to be done by phone as well (due to 5 of us) OR as infants are FREE anyway could I just do one booking online and the hotel booking via phone?
Any other suggestions would be most welcome.
Thanks
WJUK
ps - Just got a quote from direct site for £386 for the Santa Fe. Obviously travel on top but with £70 P&O it's not much difference and I get 3 days worth of tickets plus breakfast. Anyone know if the Sun one includes Breakfast as well?0 -
Does anyone have any idea what would happen when you got to the ferry check in if you had 4 adults in the car instead of the two booked? As we will be looking to do the deal and my sister but we would all fit in one car so would seem silly to take two cars all that way but if we added the extra two adults when booking it would be an extra £43 each which would just work out too expensive but wondered if when they realised there was four adults there whether they would try and charge extra at the port?
Sorry to post this again but wondered if anyone could help with my query?
Thank you0 -

That being said, some of the rides are better, ToT is different and they have a few rides there they do not have at WDW. There is also an extra bit of the Backlot they do not have in Florida - it's nice to see the comparisons. But what you pay in US$ you'll pay in Euros too so it is MUCH more expensive. It is the one thing that grates me really.
I love doing both but they are in no way comparable - even though they look the same. Some of the European guests can be so rude and there is a lot of pushing and shoving, it is a lot more civilised in WDW.
Give it a try but do not stay in the Cheyenne, Santa Fe or Sequioa Lodge if used to WDW accomodation, you'll be disappointed.
Thanks, we do have a worry about the manners of some europeans
While they are different places, the children would find it hard to " not compare " infact, i might aswell as its only human nature
The thing is, WDW sets the bar so high, nothing lives upto the service and standard of the placeWDW is a long hull holiday DLP is a lil trip and i love both.
Do you go to thrope park? legoland in uk? etc because DLP is better than these but they are still good.
Dont be a holiday snob might suprise yourself, i went to cornwall this yr n was lovly and had no horrid flights n transfers! keep you mind wide open..........:D
not sure if the holiday snob is a joke, but just incase it isnt
We go to Butlins ) with the riff raff ) twice a year ( for 3 day weekends ) feb and june, we also have breaks at center parcs ( twice this year ) and we used to holiday in haven parks ( now superseded by butlins, more for the both ages to do )
so even though we love to holiday at WDW, do not think of us as some elite holiday makers, its just that WDW ticks the box's and makes us happy0 -

btw up until end of march some things will be shut, and i been doin a bit of searching but getting confused easily seems better to wait for a deal on the main site as you only et one day in the park however many nights you book unlike if you do it yourself as soon as you check in you can use both parks.0
