Hi

I returned my Ipod Nano last week. Tonight I've got a series of emails

First one says your request for a Ipod Nano repair has been cancelled. I wasn't aware I'd requested a repair.
Second one says We have received your request for a replacement Ipod Nano.

Is that normal ? My first reaction was to think oh dear its not eligible after all but then wondering if this is their long winded way of saying they're not going to repair it they're going to replace it.

Sorry if this is a daft question (it is late) but have others had similar emails ?

Yes that is the way they do it so it's just a case of waiting for your new one now.
I missed a delivery yesterday and when I checked my emails there was one from Apple telling me that my ipod Nano was due for delivery...hooray, it's getting re-delivered today.My status hadn't changed online up to tuesday night so they are not very quick off the mark in updating the status page. Things seem to be moving now with quite a few people getting the new ones so hopefully you all don't have too much longer to wait now.

I requested mine on 17th Nov, it's showing as pending 17th Dec...! Feels like it's taking forever! Although mine is going straight on ebay and funds added to my ipad savings!

It's in the email they sent you..if you click the link it takes you straight to it
