Selection boxes @Tesco B1G2 Free - small glitch

It might also be worth asking why the stores have huge banners as you drive into the car park stating ALL selection boxes B1G2F - false advertising me thinks

I have just got back from tesco and they told me the offer of bog2f has ended and all the banners have been removed. They had some on the shelves though.

Might pop to another tesco to see if they are saying the same.

I saw this thread a little late and Tesco express was pracitically sold out, so i though i'd try my luck at Tesco metro. They had a loads of selection boxes piled on the top of the shelves. Not somewhere i usually look!

I asked the sales assistant if he could get them down for me and he very kindly pointed out that they were on offer B1G2F. The chocolates were spread out around the store but not advertised that they were on offer. Anyone who like me has missed out, might be worth trying the little metros.

I know it was in my case - last year we had to settle for the small ones for near £1 each and they had the bite sized bars (poor value, looked cheap!). This year santa at the Christmas Fair will be giving out the Cadbury stockings - :beer: (maybe beer not appropriate for the product, but needed it after going round in circles a few times to get what I needed, given the 18 limit).

They had loads of the £1 ones too, but they were the fun size packs - too small.

Keep us updated, I was hoping to try Monday morning as it opened 6am (local store 24 hours), do staff still work night shift putting stock out?

If offer ended, then doesn't matter, only after 2 boxes one for my nephew and god-daughter.

This is so confusing, the lady in my store said they were getting more stock in this afternoon - but now Tesco reckon the offers ended - same old same old

Couldn't find any except the £1 ones in the Shrewsbury store and did not even see any banners or a place where they could of been just lots of advent calenders

The ad on tv which I saw last night said the offer ran til the 22nd so it should still be on - at least I hope so as every time I've been to mine its been like that section has been ransacked & I was hoping to get some either tomorrow or monday
