    OP, my two have these:

    http://www.petsathome.com/shop/small-red-nano-parka-69153

Waterproof, easy to clean, nice and warm and the bit that fits around and under the chest is elasticated so you might stand a better chance of a good fit.

The rate puppies grow though no coat is going to last you very long!

Caroline_a is usually a very sensible and knowledgeable poster but didn't seem to understand the point (obviously she wasn't as rude as crazy guy) hopefully now she does!

Not at all I merely pointed out the fact that people purchase these items out of a sense of some sort of fashion item so kindly refrain with your stupid comments in future. :p

But the thread was not about fashion coats and you posted some tripe. 0010.gif

No you can let your animal suffer and ruin it's health instead while making life harder for yourself if you want to.

Thanks, I will have a look in there again this afternoon. I would have took the pups with me but they get travel sick so it would be less hassel to buy them and return if they do not fit, rather than taking them with me to try on.

I think I have had the pups around 6 weeks now, and they've almost doubled size! I can't believe how much they are growing. From neck to tail they measure 12" but coats this size tend to be big around the chest. I can't remember what length my Yorkie was (he didn't have a coat) that I lost 6 month ago to get an idea how much more they will grow in length.

Nope I just leave the heating on as I am not a tite git, and I am sure if they had a choice they would rather not want to look so damm stupid.

These are the [STRIKE]fashion[/STRIKE] coats I originally ordered http://www.britishpetshop.co.uk/black-coat-1230cm-p-145568.html

I thought those would have been perfect since they are waterproof and fleece lined. They also fasten under the belly and have rear leg straps.

If I can't find any other suitable ones I think I will order them again but from another website if I can find them.

Dogs are wonderful animals, they aren't so shallow as us humans, they certainly wouldn't want to see us suffer rather than look 'stupid', they aren't that selfish.

(Also, most of us take our dogs outside the heated homes sometimes)

It's unhealthy to have the heating on all nite. It causes dehydration which affects your brain.

I have stuck the kettle on for you.
