On a larger scale no, of course not.
From experience with working with people claiming JSA I have found it to be about 2-3 in every 10 really couldn't be bothered to work or are anti-employment in general.0 -

Instead of forcing these lazy, good-for-nothing scroungers to work for free, why can't we force them to work for a wage instead?
