I think you'll find I said those with talk of petrol and shoe leather are making excuses for over charging.

we would end up with buyers that rate low on the stars resulting in selling restrictions, after all buyers expect to be charged the cost of the stamp."

Only because they think like you do, so far on this thread several people have commented and you're the only one to tell the OP to leave low scores because you (and again no-one else has said this) think postage and packaging shouldn't include packaging!

Havent read the whole thread but my point of view as both a buyer & occasional seller on ebay is that I don't bid unless I am happy with the overall price. If I think the postage cost is way too much for the item, I wouldn't bid. I certainly wouldn't email a seller after receiving the item, I knew the total price before I committed to buy.

Perhaps now is the time to ask you what P&P stands for then you will see you may most probably have a different opinion and a red face

He/she knows and says they agree but it's 'most eBayers' that disagree apparently. I think a lot of sellers who have been marked down 'unfairly' feel others should also be marked down, I also think this is an example of such.

Either way advising to mark a 1/2 over a pound or so on an otherwise perfectly happy transaction seems off to me.

I think I have already stated what P&P stands for in several of my previous posts. Sorry if you can not read.

Report the post Sue & mark as SPAM. Posts should not be directed at individuals. What I find funny is that the post is coming from someone who spends most of their life on here!

I too have a great but busy life, it couldn't be better :)

If you were 'ignoring' my comments, you wouldn't be directing your comment at me and my previous posts. Think about it.
