I miss the End Date View button on the Competition Board. It was fantastic. Was so much easier than faffing at the bottom of the page. Some of us need dead easy.

Hi was just wondering if anyone else is having the problem of when you click on a competition page it is now taking a while to load. This is starting to really annoy me. Just wondering if its just my computer or not.:mad:

Several Competitions Board regulars came on the Testing board to say they didn't like WOW on there, with few saying they did like it so we removed it during testing.

We're keeping it off for the moment but we will read and discuss everyone's feedback.

We've re-added the "Title" sort on the Competitions Board, so you should be able to find competitions by their end date.

On the feedback thread there was a pretty equal mix of people that liked & disliked it. Also a lot of people who said they disliked said it was mainly due to the garish colours and the fact they wouldn't use it so found it uneccessary. Those people who said they wouldn't use it well it wouldn't affect them anyway. And the colours could be made less garish or the wow symbol smaller to make the other people happy.

Likeability worked perfectly so if wow is not coming back to competitions can we have that back instead please. There are lots of people saying they want it and are really missing this option.

A lot of compers didn't even know about the feedback thread, I stumbled upon it by accident so I don't think you have a proper formed overall opinion.

But isn't it typical that people who are happy say nothing and only the unhappy people complain?
You say "several" but that sounds like very few against the number of compers there are.

From comments within the Competitions Board, many people didn't even know it was a test let alone provide feedback.

I didn't know it was a test I stumbled across the wow feedback thread when it disappeared and i wondered why so searched for info on it. I thought it was a permanent replacement for likeability.

I actually preferred the likeability thingy. I found the WOW very clunky for comps board, WOW kept getting skewed because of picking up all the comps which got lots of thanks in the last 24-48 hours from end date compers. Whereas the Like button would often find a super comp that really needed to be entered, iyswim.

Never really used WOW, but it wouldn't stop me comping to have it back, and if it helped others, then its a bonus.

Have you seen the poll mse?? It shows that the majority want it back!!
