Thanks Cherry, I'm now keeping a written dialogue of exactly what I spend as well, this will help me keep track of where I need to stop spending (I predict it's food). Talking of crafty stuff, I'm going to sign up for the craft fair in January and February so will need to start making items I can then sell whoop whoop.So if you pay off Freemans and Lloyds what will you have left?
If we go on todays figures then it'll be:
HSBC ......£600
Wescott £1940
Vanquis ...£490
===========
Total......£3030
But with an extra £60 a month to pay towards the debt because I won't be paying that in interest.
Consider this my LBM.:idea:
I have the funds to be able to pay Vanquis in full each month so I won't incur the interest for keeping the debt on it, so will aim for HSBC at £5-£6 interest each month. Wescott don't charge me interest. I really hope I've got it right about not paying interest if you pay off a card in full each month. In fact I'm going to go and setup a d/d for full payment right nowDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Completely forgot that I spent £22.70 for the OH to get the Megamuff on Wednesday & Sunday so he can help me move house. I normally get this for about £14, but he didn't know whether he had a hospital appointment on Thursday in London or not and he basically fannied around a bit grrr. Anyway, he's got another on the 19th, but he'll come back to London with me after a house party at his. Next is trying to work out how to get him to his Mothers for xmas. I'm working until 23rd and I need to be in Bmth for xmas day. Might have to drive him to West Wales though as he's having a camera put in his knee, ick!
Guess what though... as of Saturday I will have my very own fridge/freezer and I can make a mahoosive batch of food for the rest of the month then put my card in water in the freezer so I stop using it *snigger*. Lots of posts today, very excited you see.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

£50 paid off from Freemans & £90 from Wescott this morning, used the c/c and noticed c/c has some random credits on it for about £2 how bizarre, I think this is for paying on the inbetween days or something so I didn't actually go over my credit limit *claps*Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Lloyds have confirmed I'm on the batch for "magic Wednesday" as it's been coined by this forum and should be paid by Friday yay
So I went for it and bought 12 months car tax at £165. This means I save money and no longer have a mahoosive car bill in June.
Lunch was a £1.60 sarnie although tax had to be paid by debit card, I'm not sure what I think of this currently. Spending money was meant to be on the c/c but PO wouldn't let me.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

£3.84 into virtual pot due to ocd-ness with online banking not being a nice round number.
I've just worked out that if I pay back lloyds overdraft & freemans I'll have over £400 a month leftover after putting everything into their little pots (car maintenance, spending money, grocery, petrol etc). So I'll hopefully be debt free by July, that'd be awesome as that's what I wanted to aim for. That's on salary alone, whoop whoop and I don't actually spend £100 a month on petrol anyway yay.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:
