Probably a stupid question that I should know the answer to but: You know the "biopot with multigrains" type yoghurts (Onken and Mr M both do versions). What are the multigrains that they use? I make my own yoghurt and would like to try and re-create the wholegrain/multigrain varieties.
Thanks if anyone can shed some light on this.0 -

I googled the ingredients for you and the peach one says(amongst other things):

Thanks for that - I'm just wondering how they prepare the grains: I'm guessing they don't just put dried rice or pearl barley in the yoghurt. Hmmm - I need to do some more digging.0 -
I wanted to make bread tomorrow in my BM but have realised that I've run out of dried milk. I could go buy some, but am trying not to spend. Would it ruin the loaf to leave it out?* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

I make all my own bread and have never put dried milk in it. I make it all by hand now, but even when I did have a BM I didn't bother with it.0 -

These links have some cheesecake recipes using dream topping. Hopefully you'll be able to find one that's similar to the one your mum used to make.

Ideas for work lunches that don't involve pasta, rice, noodles, cous cous or potatoes?
I send dinner with my husband to his work as he is out from 6am-8pm each day. My problem is that I am running out of ideas of what to feed him especially on the days when he plays football after work (2 or 3 days a week at the mo).
He won't eat things which 'lie heavy in his stomach' on footy days, so all the above things are out.
Please can anyone give me ideas of what I can give him? Today, for example, he has gone with tuna/ mayo/ sweetcorn mixture and ryvita which he has at about 11 each day.
Then I have given him grilled salmon with basil and parmesan crust and a salad for his tea. But I know that he will be really hungry and by the time he is in from football he will be sooooo hungry, but won't eat at that time (maybe 9.30-10pm).
So, what other things would be useful that will fill him up without bloating him? He may sound fussy (ahem, no comment) but it'll make my life easier if you guys can help me out with suggestions.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
