Their large volume manufactured cider and perry at 99p for a pint bottle (yes 568ml, not 500ml!) is a bargain when compared to other mainstream manufactured brands.

Apple is nice, Pear not so much so in my opinion.

PESTO!! Loads of varieties and only 79p Stuffed pasta, 99p gorgeous, rice 49p a bag, can't go wrong. Super 6 always good value, mussels in garlic sauce £1.99 but come up 50% off regularly in my store! Fresh pizzas, £1.79 stunning, petits pois 99p bag loads cheaper than other supermarkets. Milk 4pints £1, free range eggs 99p. I love Aldi!

Only thing I don't buy is bread, never fresh.

For anyone that likes Malibu, the Aldi Cocobay is just as nice if not nicer and only £4.99 a bottle. Ive tried Sainsbury's version of Malibu too and its not as nice and costs a bit more than Aldi. I have a friend who says the Aldi sherry is just as nice at Harvey's, although I haven't tried it myself.

I am addicted to their Multigrain crackers - they are in a red box for 79p. On ww they are 1pp for 2 biscuits. If you like the Hovis crackers (the ones in a mustard coloured wrapper) then these you will like.

    Their tinned soups are lovely.
  • I like just about everything in Aldi, try to go there a couple of times a month. Tried just about everything but for the first time ever, last night we tried the stollen and it was absolutely scrummy, Looked about three times the size of the one in Sainsburys ans it was only £1.99, definitely going to stock up on these for Christmas.

The Aldi Southern Comfort, Southern Belle is lovely so is the Stella copy and the bottled award winning lager.

Veg can be great but sometimes not so good.

    Their nappies are brilliant.
  • Just tried Stackers, aldis version of pringles and there loads better than actual pringles, the actual crisps are much thicker and substantial x
