Like I said, I was told 14 Dec (8 weeks) would be the latest so I shall wait until then and if I havent received anything I will chase up, oh and Nutty Nat, please keep a copy of the email you sent as I may need to use it please (and probably others on here!) LOL

We decided not to phone today as if we are not careful all the refund would be spent on the phone bill

Did write a letter to 'Bob the Banker' (and I did type banker!!!) will be interesting to see if I get any answers tomorrow.
