Lot's of new posts on here since I logged off this morning, I have received an e-mail from Bob Diamond's office saying that I should receive my cheque in the next seven days. They are now personally monitoring it. Fingers crossed

I just keep telling myself they should arrive at some point this year....or maybe next.

How long did you wait before they got back to you? I sent my e-mail to him on Monday evening.
