I love how you describe travelling to South Africa as 'going to have to go down there for a few days at some point in the New Year' as if it's just along the road:rotfl:
It's a touchy subject in my house at the moment. DH is totally supportive of me travelling and he does a wonderful job of looking after the children and home while I'm away. However, SA is the one place that he has always said he doesn't want me to go to. He's worried about it not being safe etc, so I think I'm trying to belittle the trip and play it down in my own mind so that I can do an effective "pitch" on him as and when the time comes for me to book it. If I can get out of it, I will but it's very difficult as I need to do my fair share for the business too.......0 -
Have a wee look at your auto-signature. You more than deserve to spend money on nice things (after all you can't take it with you!), so please don't feel bad or embarrassed you WORK HARD:kisses3:
Also, you make me look good:DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Evening LB, on the TCB and £co, that tends to be, in the Tilly household, dog food, animal meds, Mr Ts H@lford trips, occasional online food shop but very rarely. Plus check ins on the £co ap. any insurances, theatre tickets using entertainment budget, switching providers for utilities. The list is endless. I even have Mr T trained to link through via them if he is thinking of buying anything online.
All free money for stuff within the normal budgeted spend :T
Have a go as its worth it.
NP, you could send LB an invite via TCB and gain a referral bonus

Tilly is right Lula, TCB is fab - I've already made £s for doing hardly anything. I only wish I knew about it's fabulous-ness when I switched energy supplier, renewed home and car insurance, plus probably numerous other spends.
I will definitely go through TCB for Christmas shopping, and for my next biggie spend of tumble drier (thanks to GG).
In fact, there's even a link for Barbour jackets

Thanks Tilly.... I forgot to mention that Ive been using quidco for around a year now and despite checking it each time I make a purchase, I've only managed to get around £25 in total in the time I've been using it. So, me wonders whether actually I'm not such a spend thrift afterall...?! :rotfl:0 -

It is either that or the tweed jacket that is in their windowand my excuse would be that I never buy any clothes and the ones I have are quite old. I am still in the early stages of persuading myself to buy anything.
