this has happened to me i ordered £49.35 worth of stuff then take off the £20, i've emailed them (as i placed the order anyway) this was the reply

so they charged delivery me, grrr... after discount is £29.35 i've emailed back hoping for a goodwill gesture,

I got mine today, very quick delivery :cool:

Am pleased with what I have, but I wouldn't pay full price for the stuff. Mainly due to the fact they've nearly always got offers on now I have done it in the past, before I shopped online.

The cubes were smaller than I expected, but I didn't read any description, so there we are. They will still be nice as gifts, alongside a couple of other bits.

I'm certainly going to be smelling especially nice with my new collection of butters, scrubs and lip balms :rotfl:

Loads of offers on Body shop at the moment trying so hard to work out if there is a glitch!!! Today there is 30% for LYB card holders but also lots of other offers the £1 body butter is still going but also buy 3 get 1 50% off and so on please let me know if you find any bargains but for now the 30% discount is my grabbit as it says just today x x
