They phoned about an hour ago so I was happy. They're sending me out a repeat order and have asked me to drop the other stuff I've been sent to my nearest branch of Body Shop, which is far easier for me than posting things as I drive past it three or four times a week. You can normally get it back by closing down your browser and open back up again then should be back, it can be a bit of a pain when you want to play around with different codes

I applied the code but nowhere did it come off. My order came to £40.08 and I think the full £40.08 was debited off my card too, not the £20.08 it should have been. I've emailed Body Shop but I'm worried now because I'm honestly pretty hard up and I can't afford Body Shop pressies for everyone without this discount. Has anyone else paid it been put right afterwards?

Which free deal little miss? The free scrub with a body butter? Have you got a full price body butter? It wont work with the £1 body butter deal too, you need another at full price.

I wouldn't pay and try to get a refund because you've got scant official rights to one so you might find you don't get it. (Which is why I'm worried about my order).

It was the free delivery over £30 that I couldn't get to work - it was there one minute, gone the next. I popped in an extra cube and it then went through and price went down. Happy now!
