Got to agree about about the cubes, I was quite shocked at how small they are. I do think they will make nice teacher gifts, and as someone else has said they smell nice and are good quality.
I would be disappointed if I paid full price for everything in B.S, they must know that there products are not worth the prices they state. As surely they would sort all these so called glitches out!!0 -

For the price I paid, even massively discounted, I didn't think it was worth it....can this really just be me who thinks this?:rotfl:Especially the giftcubes, they look like something from the £1 shop?
Buuuut, glad I've tried it - and glad I didn't spend a fortune on it, so thanks OP! *slathers myself in body butter*
are the products that size at full price :eek:0 -
Has anyone tried exchanging things bought online instore? I don't like the smell of a couple of the scrubs. Haven't used them. Do you think I can take them into a Body Shop store and exchange them for other scrubs?0

I'm really pleased with my order and think the Body Shop products do make a nicer gift than something you can pick up at the pound shop or somewhere similar, to me they are a more prestigious brand and are nicer to receive as a gift (and good to give when you're paying for them with glitches
)

I agree.
When I give some of my order to people as gifts, I will feel happy to know they are getting a quality brand, which is well known for making/selling really nice stuff. Plus, the receiver knows the prices you can pay in Body Shop, so even if the cubes are small, they know that you haven't paid £1 for them in a PoundShop or something. That said, I am not saying you cannot get nice things from the PoundShop and of course it is the thought, not the price, that counts, but I think these Body Shop items are going to be received with a more positive feeling. [If that makes sense.]
I am really happy with most of my order, although I agree some things were smaller than I expected. Still, with the different offers we were able to get, I don't feel like I overpaid or anything. Hopefully everyone I will be giving some Body Shop branded too will enjoy it. I know I've enjoyed using the seaweed set I bought for myself.0 -

I think it would be fine to go in and swap, I had planned to do this if I didn't like the Moringa scent for my mum but it is perfect for her she will love it!0 -
EXPIRED now - just after I spent an hour faffing about trying to get free delivery, wish I had just submitted my order and paid the £3 now in order to get the £20 off, oh well I shouldnt have left it to the last day -my own fault !0

Got my third order and I am please with all, especially the cost thanks to the offers
Not sure what some people were expecting with the Mini Cubes, they are what they say they are and they do state quite clearly the sizes:
Shower Cream 60 ml
Whip Body Lotion 60 ml
Ultra Fine Cream Bath Lily
Also while small they do not look like something from a £ shop but exactly what they are a Mini cube from The Body Shop
Latest offer now is:Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
I applied the code but nowhere did it come off. My order came to £40.08 and I think the full £40.08 was debited off my card too, not the £20.08 it should have been. I've emailed Body Shop but I'm worried now because I'm honestly pretty hard up and I can't afford Body Shop pressies for everyone without this discount. Has anyone else paid it been put right afterwards?
^^ Following on from message 176 above I emailled them from the contact form on this page: http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/_en/_gb/services/contactus.aspx
I got this reply just now...
Thank you for contacting The Body Shop® Online Team.
Please accept our apologies that the SAVINGS promotion did not work on your order. I’m not sure why this has happened but rest assured we’ll investigate.
I have refunded the £20 for you and it should be in your account within 5-7 working days.
So I'm a happy customer and all's well again. :cool:0 -
Typical. Only got paid today and was too busy this morning. Never mind.0
