Well, I got my order, addressed to me and everything. Inside the box though it was someone else's order, with accompanying packing details. I've emailed the Body Shop of course, with all the details they ask for on the back of the packaging slip. Are they good about sorting out this sort of problem asap? Also I requested they pick up the unwanted goods rather than me having to drag myself down to the PO and then wait on a postage refund. They do say this is possible on the back of the slip too, but I know what these things are like. Do they give you any sort of compensation for hassle? Free bar of soap or something????Val.0

Customer service is usually very good. I have heard of this happening before and they have told people to keep the goods and they will despatch your order again by next day courier. I suppose it might depend on how big the order you have just received is though.0 -
Is it only me that can't get it to work? I added 4 of the gift boxes and they reduced automatically to £4 each (correctly)... then added another 4 and 3 of them changed to £4.65 each and 1 at £5 which I thought was odd, but still good enough... then I added some 3 for 2 items (three lip balms) and then added the Body butter for £1..... total order came up at about £41, but added the code and whilst it said the code was accepted it did nothing to the overall price...
I then tried again, but added one additional full price item so ensure it wasnt because everything I got previously was already on offer, but that didnt work either... anyone got an idea what I am doing wrong?0 -

I noticed after I added the 4 gift boxes that they changed to £4.65 each but did not add them to my basket (looking to make up the amount) and went on to purchase something else.
I take it you have reached the level required for the offer? The code should work and show the price prior to discount, then the discount and finally the price after discount.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
I can't get it to work either, with the same items as the OP's my total is £44 to pay.0

I can't get the code to work. I have 4 x gift cubes, shimmer collection and 2 home oils, total is over £40 but the £20 code will not come off at all dispite being accepted. I have given up now.:(0 -
