I have succumbed to two orders with the new offer got one today and placed a new order, well they will do for Birthday and Christmas Gifts next year £62 worth of stuff for £21 can not be dismissed :whistle: a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do

it keeps on charging me for delivery unless my order is £35 and this includes the discount code. When i rang them up, they said that you only get delivery free if your order is £30 and above but this only happens for me if the order is £35 not £30. Most of you have got the free delivery with £22 worth of products etc so I am not happy about this. I don't feel like putting an order in now if they are charging different customers different delivery fees.

That probably equates to the price on line with the discount depending on what level of discount you got.

4 for £16 on line and then a £5 discount would be the minimum price, then you may have to pay p&P or you would end up paying £8 with the full discount and no p&p, so swings and roundabout I guess.

:TThanks for the advice everyone ,played around with my order and finally got the £20 discount to kick in,but it wouldnt put the free delivery on until my total was over £30 AFTER discount so not sure how some have got orders for just over £20 with free delivery but well done you.As it was my first order i wasnt sure if the free delivery would have shown further on in the payment process,but I am very pleased with the offer non the less and i remembered to use Quidco,happy days thanks again everyone :T

Sorry, but it looks to me that the free delivery for a £30 spend should only have been applied if your total was over £30 AFTER the discount codes were applied and that they have now fixed this glitch - I can only assume that is why people are now not getting it.

Right now myself and a few other people I know have placed orders today and not received a 'Thank you for your order' email I hope they do not stop the order which is showing as Paid - Awaiting Dispatch due to the postage anomaly. My order after offers was £41 and then after discounts £21 but included free delivery. :think:

I didn't get any email confirming my order. Just the dispatch email a day or so later.
