Do you have a Love Your Body card registered? If so, then you need to to your account info and remove it and then try again.

I had this problem too, it's very glitchy and you just have to keep playing around with various items to see which ones let you take the discount off. You're not meant to be able to use the codes with their other offers but because it's a glitch some things will take it off and others won't. It was the lip butters that worked for me - added 3 and it took the discount off

I think they last a couple of years if unopened. I have got loads of unopened body butters that I'm working my way through and they still seem fresh enough. Although over the last year or so BS seem to have very frequent 50% off codes so the same offer should be along again soon.

To those having problems with it, earlier in the post it was mentioned that you needed £20 worth of full price things.. this seemed to work for me. (I wanted the Shimmer cube set that was discounted)
The 3 for 2 on lipbalms worked but obviously it only counted 2 of them as full price. But it did not include the little gift boxes as they aren't full price once you've added more than one.
You could try adding some shower gels or soaps/lip balms or hand creams to hit the £20 mark of full price things.
Besides this stuff is technically free if you spend exactly £40 so it's still worth it if it gets the £20 code to work.

Hi, my order was a couple of days ago and I just clicked on the vitamin e collection but can't see the offer on the website now, think it must've ended.

Yes only one code at a a time, although sometimes if you have a Love Your Body card reistered it has given another 10% off but I think that's rare and more often than not you need to delete the card from your account to get the other codes to work.
