I don't post on here usually either but just wanted to offer my support for you on Thursday. You should be proud of yourself and the lengths you have had to go to protect yourself and your family. Be strong hun, I am sure it will be a positive outcome for you.

Just read all about it and to be honest Im really disgusted with the lowlife that once was your other half. My daughter had to go through something similar but nothing like as prolonged as yourself, and what amazed me was how her OH changed completely with his new gf only to revert back to old ways some time down the line, do new gfs never learn by what they know or are they just too much 'in love' and think leopards do change their spots, anyway going off the point. I just want to say how proud your parents must be feeling for you knowing how strong you are being for your little one, yourself and present OH as I dont know what would have happened if my DD hadnt had the strength to cope with whatever her OH threw at her and I wish you all the luck and positive thoughts for Thurs.

I am appalled at what you have been through. Sadly, I have known other cases where women and children have had to be moved into 'safe houses'. You seem to have covered your tracks well, but to have to live with that level of fear and apprehension must have been beyond dreadful.
Hopefully Thursday will see some sort of resolution for you.
It's a power thing isn't it? He can't bear that you have escaped from him. He obviously doesn't really want contact with your DD or he would have actually done something about it. I think he's got a sort of Munchousens(I'm sure that's not how you spell it), only with courts instead of hospitals.
You have done brilliantly so far, just one more push.
You know that all our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

I just wanted to say how amazing you are to have come through all this. Well guys, Ive had an email from the court... I dont want to jinx things but I will definately come and tell you what happens on Thursday...

Lets just say Im feeling very positive and the hearing is now ONE hour instead of the THREE it was listed for.... Obviously the Judge doesnt think its worth wasting his lunch hour on this scum either :beer:

Thank you to everyone who has offered me support... I promise I will let you know the outcome. When I am walking towards the court room and the nutcase and Im shaking even though I know I am in the right and I have truth on my side I will think of all of you wishing me along and I will be strong
