Keep GoingAlice, you are by no means a failure or inferior to anyone for getting into debt. I don't know the reasons that you got into debt in the first place but I suspect it was just a matter of your circumstances at the time. It has happened to millions of people and you would probably be amazed how many people you know who are actually in the same position.
The fact is that you are dealing with your debt and in just a few years it will be gone. You have had amazing willpower and strength so far and look how far you have come. Ditch the negative feelings, stick a smile on your face and be very proud of what you have achieved because it is amazing.
Thank you Dolphin & Deb. I've been coping quite well recently, it was just being on hold to stepchange just brought it all back. I sometimes feel like I'm living a double life, keeping our debt top secret. Thank you for your positive words....and a kick up the bum.:) It is what I need.

Today was a small spend day, just 69p on a bag of sugar.
Window cleaner has been, have some money in the leisure pot so will use that.
Me and OH not hungry tonight so swapped meals around. I ate at lunch time with work (all paid for), feeling shattered tonight so sitting with a cuppa, candles on, throw over me.....think I'll be having an early night.:) OH not feeling 100% so early nights all round
Xx

You have a long tough slog on and your determination is phenomenal! You are so nearly sub £20k. I hope that when you are the numbers will start to tumble really fast.

Well Brizzle were lucky that we live in a well insulated new build coupled with the south facing back where the 'living' rooms are! If the weather wasn't being so sunny I think the situation would be different  xxMummytogirls x0
