  • Ooo yes doesn't it feel great to peg out:rotfl: Sometimes it's the highlight of my weekend. ;)
I really must get out more.:D
    Xx

Getting my washing dry was the highlight of my weekend:rotfl:

I managed to get 3 full loads and 2 half loads dry today - it was like a race against time to get it all done today.

I could have left it for DH to do tomorrow but he would forget it was out and then by the time I get home it would be damp (I don't have time to text reminders to him).

I loved looking out the kitchen window with the sun out and the wind blowing and all my washing blowing with it:rotfl:

Is there is an AA type place for us saddos with our washing?
  • Tuna has pegged out today too lol to all peggers xx
  • EE i must confess I love to see the washing on line blowing in the wind too. That's great you got loads dry.....and it's free.:rotfl:

We could start our own group.....how funny would that be. Hehehe

    Hi tuna, fellow 'pegger outer'.

  • On a plus side today was a NSD.

On the bad side the car needs more work (initial work is all done). Apparently the fan doesn't work so the car could overheat. We obviously don't want to risk that and waste all the hard work (and money!! Although haven't paid yet) we've just had done. The garage is having a look tomorrow and will let us know.

  • Latest from the garage, the current cost is £450. This includes extra to sort out a live wire but doesn't include sorting the fan out.

  • Well after lots of scrapping and emptying of pots we have got together the money for the car. OH picking it up tonight, the garage are going to show him the problem with the fan. It will be OK for short journeys but not in standing traffic.

Yesterday was a NSD, but this morning ran out of serum for my hair...........and that is nearly important as getting the car fixed.lol

Still got a problem with OH walking the dog. Haven't talked to him about the money (or lack of it!!), I'm just getting on with it. He hasn't been as down as last week, but just doesn't seem bothered about the dog not having a walk. :-(

Oh Alice what a nightmare with the car :(. Go buy some hair serum to cheer yourself up! Its good that youve got your pots though, imagine if this had happened 2 years ago when you didnt have the emergency pots etc.
Totally pees me off that nothing went wrong back in the day and when you start getting somewhere things start going wrong xx

Thanks mummy, I will get some serum, out of necessity, I can't cope with the 'wild' look on top of everything else.:o

The pots are empty now and I feel like I'm back to square but mummy you're right at least we had the pots.

OH got some fresh stuff and bread tonight, £9.
