So was I; I've never yet made a post where I didn't have to correct a couple of typos (if you spot it and correct it as soon as you've posted, it doesn't always show up as "edited");) so I didn't think I could, in all fairness, call Kaz out on a slip of the fingers.:rotfl:

Mine is going through a stage of 'liking' frogs. One jumped out of a toybox at me this afternoon, yesterday it was the laundry basket!
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

    Morning all

Stress levels high so I'm drinking tea and fussing a cat.

I can't really do any flying downstairs today as the carpenters are in finishing the horrible windows. Upstairs is all done though. So my plan is:

    Make cake for school fete
    Loads of paperwork
    Sort hotspot boxes/piles
some time in the back garden

and probably lots of chatting on here!

Oh dear Dusty - I hope you grow to like the windows! Can't you escape for a bit?

So far this morning the WM is on and I've washed most of the dishes. I've left the dishes that DD used last night when she decided to bake a cake but promised me she would tidy up after her and was the dishes - maybe she'll do them later - there's no more room on the drainer anyway. I'm just going to hoover the LR while both kids are still upstairs and then if DD is up - she migrated into my bed in the night - I'll go and get dressed - mind you I'll be getting her up soon anyway.

Don't forget it's an important day today - I don't want to come home tonight and find people were posting at 11am!

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

  • Good morning :D

I am busy today with work, and then need to crack on with studying tonight, so not sure how much flying will get done. DH is doing the school run, then driving to Cardiff to work yet another weekend :(

I will try my utmost to observe the silence at 11am, but I will be at toddler group, so I don't suppose it will be silent! They would be doing well if they managed 2 seconds silence! :p

DD2 has told me that she is coming home at lunch today. I wonder if I would be able to persaude her to walk the dog this afternoon? :o She may prefer it to staying indoors with 5 children!

Hugs & spoons to those that need them. Any news from Methekids yet?

Good morning all, I have one child away to school very happy. There has been a ds games that DD wanted for her b'day, it arrived yesterday so i left it in her room last night. She didn't notice it until she was bringing up her school stuff this morning and i could her squeeling from the kitchen. :rotfl: The teacher has a bit of a party when it's a childs b'day so there should be a wee party for her today. Her b'day is tomorrow and she is being a flowergirl at the weddding..:D

I managed a good start on the kitchen and livingroom yesterday and i'll finish them later. I really want to get the back garden done today, hedges need cut and grass too eventho it is swimming. We can't see any of the cars coming up anymore because of the height of the hedges. Need to replace the outside light too.

Right cuppa and i'm get the sc on.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
