But the police have let her family slander my name, and watched them spread it around, spreading SOA rumours around is against the law..
And yes i did mistake it, also i myself have only ever taken 3 paracetamol, and they were dissolvable..
Paying the CSA isnt my major problem, its the fact theyre allowing that child to be brought into this family.. funnily enough you allegedly were apart of this family but didn't have a problem with them until the CSA were mentioned
If it helps anyone to understand this case, it wasn't "Casual Sex" :rotfl: :rotfl:

Really, you have already been given the advice, expressed very succinctly by black saturn and others. So I'll recap:
Get the DNA test done when the baby is born. If it is yours you will have to pay for it. Whether you will have to pay while you are in prison I have no idea. But you will have to pay £15% of any salary when you come out.
You do not have the right to just walk away if the child is yours.
If it is not yours (or even if it is), learn your lesson, don't sleep with underage girls again, and whoever you sleep with use precautions.
(Just read another post and found out you're no longer in prison, so ignore those bits).
Thank you for being the only one to take me seriously..
I know it sounds far fetched.. but thats how bad its been.
The only thing going for me, is i can have them all cautioned for getting me beaten..I stopped walking down the street because they'd told my friends i'd beaten her up.. i got the !!!! kicked out of me every where i went.
I learnt my lesson indeed, i just feel its entirely wrong how someone who struggles to live, has to pay £1600 a year to a millionnaire0 -

Yeah i admitted to living with them..and?
I have plenty of problems with them, this has been a fight over the last several months.. i tried to have the child taken away at birth..but Social Services
"Cannot take any form of advice from a possible father of the child"
which is bull..means the father has no say in anything?
What if a father called up saying "i think my wife is beating my children"
what would they say.. sorry, we cant listen to you

But you will not be paying it to a millionaire. You will be paying it to the mother of your child for the benefit of your child. The child is not your girlfriend's father's responsibility. He /she is the responsibility of those who brought him/her into the world.
You won't know for sure anyway until you've had the DNA test.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
You wont be paying iot to the millionairre, you will be paying it to your child (if it is indeed yours) How much money the family has is irrelevant. It will be your responsibilty to pay for the child if it is yours, and no one elses. It is not up to her family to support the child, but you and her.
if you didnt want to be caught in this mess you should have used protection.
You play = you payBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0 -
For anyone who does actually find themselves in a similar situation can I just say that social services can only take action to protect a baby once it is born. Even though it might seem nothing is being done, that is not necessarily the case and they may have already had pre-birth conferences and be ready to take action if necessary at birth.0

If you'd read the entire thread, i was technically raped.. when i was actually awake we were careful.
Well, the first thoughts, when we were together were going to be she was going to have the child adopted at birth..
But her mother was going to kick her out of the house and claim the child as hers  so eventually the daughter joined her side of thinking0 -
Shedo-kuru you are basing this on assumptions firstly and foremostly get a DNA test, if the child is not yours you get your dosh back nothing lost and i suspect the family from hell would leave you alone and then start on the next available suspect.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.

I think the child should be adopted by decent parents who would do anything for a baby personally.
Shame you have to fit so many rules and regs before these families can do so.0
