She is under sixteen. Technically, you did rape her. You are very lucky that you were not locked up for a great deal longer.

The advice from the others is correct. Get a DNA test, and if it is yours, then you will not to pay child support. The income of the mother's family is irrelevant.

This is where i had the police force on my side, i recieved sympathy from the whole force, and remember the argument recently, over wrongly accused men, it was sparked off by my case.

This is where i see the problem, she was signed up for the pill by her mother, before 16, i was living with them, allowed to live in the same room..
