The weekend away would have taken its toll on anyone, and the weather is not helping, know down here its clammy as though need a good thunderstorm to clear the air.
The last few weeks youve been out and about which is brilliant, but maybe your body saying I need a rest, your brain saying rest - that means I can cut off from the world, and not push the buttons to get dressed, as thou its gone to far into the rest mode.
have you looked again at your CBT side of it, maybe try a trick or 2 that motivated you before, even if it is a walk to the corner or going out with DD for a coffee, something small just to remind the body you want to do something.
Is there any chance you could give your mental health worker a ring, it could be Monday is playing on your mind (sorry its going to be stupid thing to say), and its sapping all the energy up.
I know i was given a leaflet at the one of our drop in centres u could pre-book a reflexology session for about £10 for 40 mins - maybe something like that -so there is a means to the end of getting out, xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

From what I understand ( which is very little) its normal to be tired for a long long time, you did have a great wee adventure recently, I'm sure it's taken a lot out of you (positive it was worth it though) can you maybe book for a wee massage or something ?
Are you sleeping any better ?0 -
sleep at odd hours couple of hours here and there on/off0

Elantan is right. It takes a long time to stop feeling tired. It takes the body quite a time to work all the drugs out the system and the mind has to repair from the trauma too. So just accept this and don't fight it. You will feel better soon.
