Sorry not posted for what seems an age.Plenty of stuff going on here..lol
Last weekend took JJ to legoland and we had a good time but unfortunately it was too much too soon for me and when we got back I had to rest up nearly all week as couldn't even stand as my back was so bad!!!....the hotel was fab and the food good...JJ was so excited staying in a hotel and getting food..lol..he absolutely adored legoland.I will probably take him back again but only once I've lost some weight and recovered more.
Monday...dog man was meant to come and wash/groom both dogs but phoned me 15 mins before he was due to cancel.
DH needed to get a puncture fixed on taxi and a new tyre
Tuesday....MOT and service on taxi..used my vip card and it came in at £160 plus used another promotion and got £30 tesco voucher.
Wednesday...Ben to vets as he couldn't put foot down..suspected cruciate ligament he also had temp so given injection.
Thursday...Ben back to vet for check up..temp down and given painkillers got to go back again thursday..he has very hard swollen muscles around knee
Friday...PO to post parcel and do banking,nip in little Tesco for milk/bread,pick up JJ from after school club,pick MCds up for him as can't stand up to cook,sort him at home and nip to see a lady we met on trip to see if she'd got JJs jumper amongst her stuff..stayed for brew and then home phone national holidays to see if they've found it and she'll send a form through to right dept who'll contact me...phoned EDF to check on bills...

I'm so far behind with everything between being ill and going out each week with JJ that I need to start catching up..think we're probably staying in this weekend.
He's on punishment anyway as I didn't tell you he did a runner on me at Legoland and was gone half an hour!!!!!..I was not amused and couldn't move anywhere in case he came back...he came back innocently telling me that he'd gone to have a look around to see what rides he was going to go on as though that was ok..little git

Glad you had a good weekend, although not glad your suffering for it, what a little be-bop, running off.

Sounds like you have a week of running around like a blue bummed fly.

Def think u need a rest this weekend, - thou bet JJ enjoyed his Mcdonalds tonight.

I don't know whether they hire them at Legoland, but if you go back would it be worth seeing if they hire a mobility scooter, gives your legs a rest and means you can still get around.

they don't have them I asked as soon as I got there..they had wheelchairs that could be pushed but I had nobody to push me...lol

Hi Taxi,

So sorry you've been suffering this week. Sounds like JJ had fun though!

I know it feels like you have loads to do but Try not push yourself too much. You are still recovering and re-building your stamina. At times like this I talk about plodding on rather than whizzing through my tasks.

plodding is certainly what I'm doing at the moment as can't do much more...
he's being very good at the moment as I'm a lazy grandma and have stuck him at the other computer where he's playing games whilst DH is cooking a roast lamb dinner

Heart in the mouth time with JJ at Legoland! DD used to have a knack of disappearing suddenly when she was little - she's 26 now but still gives me the runaround now and then! You need a week off to put your feet up and regroup.
