All that jumping Karma is not being lazy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:not what you're supposed to be doing taxi!I've not been posting as nothing to report at the moment.I've been in the house most of the week but have quite a busy week ahead.
I had a walk to the PO today to do the banking and get/post a couple of birthday cards....it felt like miles away.I really do need to get some exrcise done each day.
Tomorrow I need to pack mine and JJs stuff for legoland, pick him up from school, feed and bathe him and make a picnic ready for saturday morning. Also need to remember to wash and dry his uniform as don't know what time we'll get back sunday night.
Monday I have to be up early to get him sorted for school and then the dog wash van will be here...
tuesday MH working coming and taxi in for MOT and servicing
weds..am sure there's something but can't remember
think I'll be tired next week..lol
Taxi, I think you're right about doing a bit of exercise every day, even just a walk around the block - you get daylight on your skin, it helps set your internal alarm clock so that you sleep during the night, and you need to build up your stamina gradually (you know that, I know you know that, sorry!). Mind you, you're going to be getting a *lot* of a workout at Legoland! Hope you and JJ have a brilliant time :kisses3:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Enjoy Legoland! That will be all your exercise in one trip! Drink plenty of water whilst you are there, you'll feel less tired if you're hydrated!

Hope you and JJ have a great time at Legoland Taxi! Re the exercise - why don't you get a pedometer and try to challenge yourself to walk some extra steps each day. I've always got one either in my pocket or in my sock or handbag and it's fascinating to see how many steps I've totted up. I then input the results into a steps logger app on my iPad.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

thanks every one...I have no doubt that this weekend will be exhausting but will just plod on.I do intend to drink a lot of water as it's the best for hydration for me.I'm sure we'll enjoy ourselves.
JJs mummy has today and tomorrow off which is very rare indeed so she'll be out and about enjoying herself.
DD2 goes to Magaluf on sunday with her mates so will miss her this week.
Am feeling quite pleased with myself as DH bought himself a metal detector a few months ago and wanted a long handled sand scoop..we could not get one anywhere in this country...they were like gold dust..so DH hasn't used his detector yet...I happened to go on the site he bought the detector from earlier and they had eventually got them back in stock so I've just bought him one...he'll be so excited.
Am waiting for DH to get up and then we'll go and get JJ from after school club.I don't want to move my car as it's outside my house and the dog van is coming monday to bath the dogs.
I've got loads of stuff to do once I've picked him up so probably won't get back on here now for quite a few days.
Hope you all have a good weekend0 -
