Sounds good to me - you're really on a roll, Taxi, I'm so chuffed to read it. And that weight loss is brilliant - see how much happens when I lose internet access for a few days (which is where I've been :rotfl:) - good for you.

One tired Grandma stopped for a break.
Weather has been lovely the last couple of days so we've been out and about.
Yesterday, we went to town and I got JJ some new clothes, new shoes, bras and tops for me.Had lunch out but came home as the young farmers were behaving attrociously including peeing anywhere they felt like in front of children and were very drunk amongst other things and this was from 11 am until 3.30pm when we'd had enough..wouldn't like to imagine the amount of incidents that went on at night !!!!
Today,I took JJ to Marsh Mill where they had a vintage car and motorbike show..so we had a walk around there and then drove up to Fairhaven lake where we looked at a spitfire and a few army trucks and had a walk by the lake and had lunch then we went shopping to Booths for a few bits.
Very tired and achey now so back home having a rest with my feet up whilst JJ is playing games on the computer.
JJ will be going home in the morning so I'll get a rest..lol

Was up at 6am getting little man ready to go home.Grandad takes him home at 6.45 am when he goes to work saving me having to get ready and go out that early in the morning.
Myself,I'm just going to totter about here doing the washing etc and chilling out but overall not feeling too tired today so must be getting better.
My MH worker came friday and is pleased with my progress and said that I'm looking really well.We discussed whether she should sign me off but we both agreed that we'd carry on for now in case I have a relapse..she is pleased that I'm getting out of the house now..that anxiety and depression was so scary and I hope I never go down that road again.
Hope everyone has a good day today x
