I understand you totally recently had camera down the throat and flatly refused sedation not because I am big and tough but I am scared/terrified of being sedated.... Nurses were amazed and I thought I was so brave did not bother telling them the truth lol :) x

I have lorazepam to take the night before and the morning of chemo along with the antihistamines in the pre meds..if needs be will go down that route

If it helps then that's the route to take.

Well done on today. That's quite an achievement!

I'm definitely of the knock me out school.

They've given me lorazepam as well Taxi for pre-chemo and on the day.

Also took one today 40 minutes before the event. Mind you by the time they actually kicked off it was an hour and 40 minutes. At one point my BP spiked at 190/120 when it was over 148/100. Doesn't matter how much logic I apply it still goes whoosh.

Wonder what I could have achieved without lorazepam?
