On bad days I do things by stages. So clean my teeth and back to bed for a chapter of my book. Contact lens in then chapter of book. Get towel and all my clothes together then chapter of book. Shower and dress then book etc.
Somehow makes it more manageable for me...the little things aren't too daunting.
That's what I do if I can be bothered....I can't even find motivation to get dressed most days..think I need a kick up the !!!0 -

If I had to go out then guess I'd get dressed.I've had it too easy with my lot as they do everything for me so I don't go out unless absolutely necessary ie hospital.
I did instigate going out the other day for DH birthday but was glad to get home again...I will get there

As for DLA worse they can say is No. Macmillan can help with the forms I think. They have specialist Benefit Advisers. One of the nurses said that they have details of grants and things as well, stuff most of us would know nithing about and so never think to claim.
