We are certainly on a mahoosive declutter spree. I've listed things on eb@y at prices I am happy to sell at, rather than start at 99p. I have been burnt before and didn't want to experience the sense of frustration again.
We are however, living in complete chaos right now. No room at all, is straight. However it is a short term mess and within a week, I can start cleaning each room top to bottom.
MWC, I think I may need your colour scheme experience to help me with choosing paints xxxxxxx
DD seems to be doing well with her exams but only time will tell.
HM pizza tonight, Moroccan lamb tomorrow. For those who know me in RL, my ability to plan has up and gone. Living in the chaos which is life right now, means I can only focus on the immediate stuff as my head is full of fluff. Even Mr T said he's finding it difficult to think of what needs to be done, due to the mess and mental noise of selling.
Right, I have people coming to collect items shortly and a day where quite a few bits should sell. If I can get them out of the house tomorrow, I will be :j:j:j:j
I have so many diaries to catch up on. I hope everyone is well, kids are handling exam stress ok and anyone with space to grow veg has planted some seeds. Even if it is only herbs, that you can grab fresh and chuck into your salad.
Hope the Tilly Tidies are going well

Right, update time.
The last month has been truly bedlam in the Tilly household. However, we are over the worst and by tomorrow, I will be in cleaning mode.
In the last month we have realised £1800 profit in FB and EB sales. Believe me, it has been frustrating at times but very well worth the effort.
Multiple trips to the tip made, garage completely sorted. Tool kits ready for DD and DS. Drill, screwdrivers, hammer, pliers etc etc.
Both sheds emptied (again) and more stuff gone. We will soon be able to get rid of one shed :T
I have a lovely sports car which is going to be sold soon.
All in all, a brilliant but exhausting month. DD comes home next week and she and I will spend a few days in the garden.
I am making bacon rolls for the builders as a thank you for being such a pleasure to have round the house.
Tilly Tidying still on the go. Currently saving for the power shower pump for Portugal :T

Goodness me, that's epic eBaying and Facebooking!
I know how much effort goes into getting a couple of hundred quids worth of eBay sales, so £1800 is astonishing.

it has been extremely exciting and last night I was squealing as the 'kerching' noise on my iPad was going mental.

I hope I don't sound too weird but it has really been uplifting to have things sell. I've MKd stuff before but now we are looking at furniture and the larger stuff and both of us have benefited.
Item being collected today and a few more bits for FB, a few free just to get them out of the house/garden.
Sticking to a menu plan when the house and garden are a tip has been difficult for me. I'm a planner by trade and I've felt quite discombobulated. However, it is for forecast to hammer it down this afternoon and I'm going to snuggle up on the sofa and redo end of May plan. Hopefully will have time to plan for June as well.
£3.88 claimed from TCB, £9 from PC and I did a survey in the week, F2F and bagged £25 :T
Carpet cleaner being hired to use during the downpour and Mr T will, hopefully, remove a few marks.
I think that's all for now.
