Fascinating about dog
And yes, this journey does seem to be so life changing.PrincessLou wrote: »Wow, you learn something every day - I never knew dogs could be blood donors. Interesting stuff
Plus she had treats, a health check and .......... a bandana thing, to wear round her neck :rotfl: Don't worry, she won't be going outside in it, only for PR pics

Your DD works for Unit? As in Dr Who? So that means there really are aliens and Torchwood is still under Cardiff?:eek::eek: :rotfl:
I used to love Torchwood both on TV and radio. Predictive text, blinking useless

Morning, glorious sunny morning and hounds have been walked. Mr T was away last night and I'm collecting him from the station this evening. It was odd though as he has been away every week up until December and then home each evening. Really made me appreciate our time together.
Right, property - as DD wasn't sure whether she would continue to study in the same location we delayed the purchase and now properties are selling within days. I fully appreciate this is a first world problem but I am frustrated that she is still paying rent, which could have been money saved. We are both continuing to trawl for places and she does have a viewing this weekend.
Money news - none really. Menu plan is using up freezer contents thus only small top up shops for fruit, milk and fresh veg needed. My loo roll mountain will need topping up. It's only a hillock at the moment
I am finally strong enough to go back to weight training, which I love and I am mightily relieved. However, I have lost a great deal of strength and need to build up. I'm also going to buy some smaller weights as mine are too heavy right now. I am using YouTube for routines but will probably save some programmes to watch/listen to whilst exercising. No excuses as I do not like feeling weak.
My get up and go is back where it should be and has been for the last few months, I just needed to be physically able to get back to it. I am going to start the c25k tomorrow - I don't feel able to do this without some support but that's confidence mainly. Once I get back into my stride I'll be fine.
What other news? We are £40k off our Future savings pot target. We had achieved the original target but I've extended it to give us more contingency for the renovation.
Washing, ironing, housework (well as much as I'm prepared to do when the sun is shining) all up to date.
Right, I'd better get cracking.
Best wishes Tilly x x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Have you thought about Pilates Tilly? I like it because you do a lot of it lying down and don't sweat and get out of breathe :rotfl:but it is very effective at building core strength :T*
