  • Afternoon, boy the nights are drawing in quickly.

    No money news :(

I've sent out a menu plan, so all requests are up to date again.

Shepherds pie for dinner - smells mmmmm. Dinner tomorrow is roast pork (freezer) - I'll make stuffing to go with it, plus veggies.

I feel like I'm settling into a good rhythm in terms of going out, exercising, food, taking time for me. We have decided on some jobs which we want to do to the house. These will start in the Spring and I'm going to start getting quotes this week.

Salad in the garden is still going well - Wednesday night is HM pizza and salad ;)

    Soon be Christmas :rotfl:

  • Not sure where the last few days have gone. I've been enjoying reading so many new diaries. It's lovely to hear about people starting their journeys. Whether it's direct OPs, investing to OP etc, is down to everyone's individual requirements but knowing that they will be financially independent is FAB.

Right, what have I been doing? All housework stuff is done, menu plan is working well. Very minimal spends on food recently as I've mainly bought milk, fresh fruit and veg, plus bread.

I've done some consultancy stuff for a chum recently and very much enjoyed it.

Mr T and DS have tickets booked for opening night of Star Wars - happy boys :rotfl:

Greent, I feel as though I'm in a really good place and long may it continue :)

Hi Brizzle, wood burner always reminds me of Portugal x x x

    best wishes Tilly x

  • Glad that things are going well. Have a lovely weekend.
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D
  • Slept badly as I was following the news. What sort of a world do we live in. I wonder how much more could be achieved across the world if we lived in harmony.

    Life is precious.

  • Hi Karmacat, sadly walking off the list at the moment. Just come to bed with beginnings of migraine. No more looking at the screen.

    Take care, Tilly x x x
